For me, to be able to just pick up the phone and call the owner of the company and just have a casual conversation or, you know, be able to work through a problem or a solution is valuable to me as an employee of this company. There’s growth opportunities within the Forefront family. They listen, they look, and they find folks that are doing well for them and they really invest into those team members. I’ve traveled with Forefront during my tenure here. Been to multiple states, multiple communities where, you know, I can share the skill set that I have across the country and that there in itself was motivating to me as a team member of this company to be able to go out and share my knowledge and elevate and build someone else’s skill set to make sure that they’re successful in their journey with Forefront.
