August 1, 2025 – Forefront Government Services is proud to announce the commencement of a new Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract at Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, California, supporting the Naval Health Clinic Lemoore and associated medical facilities. The contract, awarded on July 22, included a 30-day transition period, with full operations officially beginning August 1, 2025.
This contract is a result of Forefront’s successful award under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Little Rock District. Under the task order, Forefront will provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management services at Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) on base.
Scope of Work
Forefront is responsible for delivering all required labor, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, subcontractor management, and compliance reporting necessary to fulfill the O&M scope. All services will be performed in accordance with the contract’s Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as industry regulations including NFPA, The Joint Commission (TJC), and DHA standards.

Commissioned in 1961, NAS Lemoore is a critical hub for Navy aviation. It is home to the Commander Strike Fighter Wing Pacific and hosts more than half of the Navy’s F/A-18E/F Super Hornet fleet. It is the only Navy installation that houses the F-35C Lightning II, with over 210,000 flight operations annually. The base generates nearly $947 million annually for the local economy and supports approximately 8,500 jobs in Kings County and the surrounding area.
