- An in-depth employee engagement survey, with staff rating their experience across 40 prompts related to leadership, compensation, culture, and more.
- A final vetting process ensuring each company met editorial standards of ethics, transparency, and accuracy.
Companies had to meet rigorous benchmarks across both the benefits inventory and employee survey, with minimum scores and employee participation thresholds required for consideration.
