Jacqueline Gaspar De Alba-Gomez
Jacqueline Gaspar De Alba-Gomez serves as the Vice President of Contract Administration & Analytics Government Services at Forefront, where she plays a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of the Government division. Her focus includes pricing, billing, and contract administration for Forefront’s Government contracts.
Before joining Forefront, Alba-Gomez amassed extensive experience in the Government contracting sector. She spent 15 years with an Ability-One contractor (PCSI), progressing from Cost Analyst to Proposal Manager. In these roles, she led a team of cost analysts, developed financial models, and managed the financial aspects of 27 federal and state contracts. Alba-Gomez ensured strict adherence to the FAR and participated in numerous Government contracting, pricing, and FAR classes, earning the Corporate Employee of the Year award in 2017.
In 2020, Alba-Gomez joined HHS as VP of Pricing and Development, focusing on establishing tracking mechanisms for funding and billing existing contracts. Within eight months, she transitioned to VP of Contracts and AR, administering a variety of contracts including FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and BPAs for OMEE, OMMC, and GSA contracts. Alba-Gomez also successfully led the implementation of a Government accounting system within six months.
Born and raised in the El Paso/Juárez border area, Alba-Gomez is bilingual in English and Spanish. She graduated with honors, earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Outside of work, Alba-Gomez enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
