Amy McCreary brings over 25 years of diverse HR experience to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Forefront, with more than 15 years at the executive level. Specializing in performance management, organizational development, employee/labor relations, benefits, and payroll, Amy oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of all HR functions at Forefront.
With a rich background spanning food service, hospitality, and healthcare industries, McCreary has been instrumental in significant branding initiatives and core values redesigns throughout her career. She is a longstanding member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1998 and has been a certified HR professional since 1999.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (2001) and a Master of Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University (2008). She actively contributes to the Oakmac board and serves as Co-Director of the Certification program, teaching the SHRM certification program at Wayne State University twice a year.
Amy McCreary believes in the intrinsic value of organizational talent and strives to enhance it daily. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting—including painting and quilting—and cherishing moments with her family and her two dogs, Joe and Bella. Her dedication to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment underscores her commitment to success in all aspects of life.
