Brad Giles joins Forefront as the Senior Vice President & Partner for Strategic Growth in Healthcare. With more than 35 years of senior-level experience in healthcare operations and business development, Brad brings deep expertise having previously served in similar roles at both Compass One Healthcare and Sodexo Healthcare.
Brad’s experience spans multiple service lines, including food and nutrition services, environmental services, patient transport, and facilities management enabling him to align integrated solutions to the evolving needs of complex hospitals and health systems.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on execution, Brad builds strong client partnerships that drive measurable outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and support long-term organizational success.
Brad resides on the Gulf Coast of Alabama with his wife, Tiffani, their two sons, and their chocolate lab, Bear. When not at work, Brad enjoys boating, golfing, cycling and being outdoors.
