With over 40 years of experience in healthcare support services, Gary Pollack brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Forefront. His extensive background spans Environmental Services, Laundry and Linen, and Food and Nutrition Services, ensuring comprehensive operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Pollack has held several key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Patient Experience at ABM Healthcare, where he oversaw 75+ facilities across 18 states. His tenure at ABM also included a role as Vice President of Training & Development, where he focused on enhancing staff skills and service quality.
Pollack’s leadership journey began at HHA Services, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, managing 60+ healthcare facilities across 16 states. He also excelled as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple states including MI, OH, IN, IL, and TX. His early career included pivotal roles as Director of Environmental Services at Henry Ford-Bi County Hospital and Saratoga Hospital in Detroit, MI, and Director of Custodial Services at the University of Detroit.
A Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) by the Beryl Institute and a Certified Dietary Manager from the University of Florida, Pollack is deeply committed to patient care and operational efficiency.
Based in both Tampa, FL, and Detroit, MI, Pollack currently shapes the culture at Forefront Healthcare. He leads the partnership with Gallup Corporation, administering bi-annual employee engagement surveys and equipping facility leaders with strategies to enhance staff engagement and satisfaction.
Pollack’s dedication to excellence and his ability to foster a positive work environment make him a cornerstone of Forefront’s mission to provide exceptional support services.
