Jason Fabbri serves as President of Culinary for Senior Living, where he partners with clients to deliver exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence across senior living communities.
Jason earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Walsh College. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare and senior living industries, with a career focused on business development, client success, and strategic growth.
He began his career with HHA and later ABM Healthcare before joining Compass Community Living. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Client Excellence for the Midwest region, where he was responsible for executive-level client relationships and developing strategies to ensure service excellence, contract retention, and long-term growth across a portfolio approaching $200 million in annual revenue.
Jason is passionate about building strong partnerships, creating meaningful client experiences, and helping organizations achieve sustainable success. He and his wife, Shannon, are lifelong residents of the Detroit area.
