Michael Groth joins Forefront Healthcare as Senior Vice President of Facilities Management, leading strategy and operations across hospitals and senior living environments. He works closely with clients and onsite teams to strengthen compliance, improve asset reliability, and support safe, high-quality environments of care.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in facilities management, Michael brings expertise in regulatory compliance, process improvement, and team development. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, biking, and supporting Forefront teams as they continue to grow.
