Serving as the President of Culinary & Nutrition Services, Rob Pasos brings more than 30 years of experience serving the healthcare, senior living, and business & industry markets. He has deep relationships with a wide network of professionals and organizations throughout the US.
Pasos has an accomplished record of success with a focus on new business development, client relations, team development, and optimizing operational and financial excellence. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding results in expanding new markets and has a strong passion for leading high-performing teams, exceeding client expectations, and delivering exceptional financial outcomes.
Before joining Forefront, Pasos served as the Vice President of Sales for ARMCO Partners, a leading revenue cycle management company offering coding and denial resolution services to hospitals, physician practices, clinics, and behavioral health.
Previously, Pasos served as the Senior Vice President for Sodexo Healthcare, Vice President of Operations for Unidine Senior Living, Division General Manager for Pride Industries, and Director of Client Development with both Aramark Healthcare and Guckenheimer Enterprises.
Pasos is a graduate of San Jose State University and of Penn State’s Executive Management Program. He has served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Region. He is also a licensed real estate professional and resides in El Dorado Hills, California.
