Chef Kareem Michael serves as the Corporate Director of Culinary Services at Forefront. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Michael embarked on his culinary career at the age of 18. He has refined his skills by collaborating with Iron Chef competitors and James Beard award-winning chefs.
Growing up in Puerto Rico, Michael’s culinary journey was influenced by his childhood experiences, which deeply shaped his Caribbean and Latin-inspired approach to food. His diverse background and passion for innovative cuisine are instrumental in defining Forefront’s culinary offerings.
